Suggested use

About 1/2 dropper, 25mg. (Start low and go slow). We suggest starting low and slow by putting approximately 1/4 dropper under the tongue and holding for 2 minutes, and continuing this dose for a week before increasing your dose as needed. As with any supplement, consistency is key.
