Shipping Policy
Our order processing is extremely aggressive. To provide our customers with the greatest convenience and advantage, we operate five (5) days a week and push the limits of our carriers' deadlines. For United States Postal Service (USPS) shipments, we provide an additional advantage by delivering your packages directly to the nearest Post Office.
Cbdremediesus ships via USPS to all US States and Territories. Domestic shipping costs $5.00 or $7.50 or more, per order depending on the weight, unless the order qualifies for the currently available “free shipping” promotion. Details of the “free shipping” promotion are available prominently in the header of our main page and/or in the shopping cart during checkout.
Delayed and Lost Shipments:
Shipments can experience delays and complications beyond our control. While we will make every effort to work with the carriers on your behalf to locate and expedite these shipments, customers assume full responsibility for their packages as soon as they have been shipped from Cbdremediesus warehouse.
Stocking Issues:
If your order is subject to a stocking issue, you will be contacted by telephone as soon as the issue is identified. You will be provided with options for substitution or credit, and the changes will be made immediately to ensure same-day shipping. In the event that you cannot be reached, you will be notified by email that a credit for any affected item(s) has been placed on your account and the balance of the order will be shipped.
Damage During Shipping:
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon delivery for damage. All claims for product damage during shipping must be made within 72 hours.

Return Policy
Our business was built on our experience with customers in our brick-and-mortar store. They told us their stories - of stress, or illness, or just wanting to “take the edge off” modern life. We’ve listened to what they had to say, and have curated the most trusted products to best serve you, our online customer. We stand by behind our products and take pride in customer satisfaction to ensure all shoppers have a great experience. We want nothing more than for our customers to feel they receive quality products and high quality service.
Returns:
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cbdremediesus@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
